What is the selling process?
Once you submit our simple online quote form, we will email you with our quote within 1 business day - but often much quicker in a matter of hours. You can then ship to us for FREE with pre-paid Australia Post or pickup from FedEx, or you can drop-off in person in Sydney or Brisbane. We then do all the work to handle the sale including to authenticate, clean, list your items for sale on our site and find the buyer! For our direct sell option, we transfer the payment to your bank account as soon as authenticated. For our consignment option, we transfer the payment to your bank account upon the final sale.
What is the difference between consignment and direct sell?
Consignment means that you get paid once the item sells on our site, and you receive the highest return. But if you don’t want to wait and prefer instant buy-out instead, we also offer direct sell which means you get paid as soon as the item is authenticated!
How will I be paid for selling my designer items?
We transfer payment directly into your bank account! For our direct sell option, we transfer the payment to your bank account as soon as authenticated. For our consignment option, we transfer the payment to your bank account upon the final sale.
How much can I earn if I sell my luxury item(s)?
When you consign with us, you will receive the highest return, being 70%-80% of the resale value (less a $30 authentication fee). But if you don't want to wait for your item to sell and instead prefer instant buy-out, you will receive 50-60% of the resale price (less a $30 authentication fee).
How long does it take to receive a quote?
We provide fast quotes! We will provide our quote within 1 business day and often much quicker, in a matter of hours.
Can I choose consignment but then switch to direct sell at a later date?
You do need to select either option at the outset as we unfortunately don’t offer the option to switch from consignment to direct sell once the item has been listed.
Do I need the original receipt, dust bag or accessories?
No, it is not necessary to include the receipt, dust bag or other accessories if you no longer have these. However if you do have these then please include them because in some instances this can increase the quote and many buyers also prefer to have these if available.

What happens if my item is found to be a replica?
Given the significant expenses and time is incurred when a replica is sent to us, a $150 fee will be incurred for replica items to cover our costs incurred and shipping both ways ($250 for replica watches or watches not in good working order).
How quickly will my designer item sell?
We have an excellent track record and the majority of our items sell within 48 hours or less! The selling timeframes for every item are however different on account of the popularity of style, colour and condition. Popular items can sell within minutes or a day, while other items may take longer.
What happens if my consigned item doesn’t sell?
We list all items for an initial period of 90 days and certainly nearly all of our items sell within that period but if not, we give you the option at that time to either reduce the price; keep the item on the site at the same price; or have the item returned free of charge - which is completely your choice to choose and we would never reduce the price of an item without your approval.
