First introduced in 1955 in the Coco Chanel era, the Chanel classic flap bag series is one of the most iconic handbags ever made. A twist on the classic and full of character, this limited edition and ultra-rare ‘Stars and Stripes’ flap bag sports a patriotic quilted design and antiqued silver tone hardware. The jumbo size allows you to carry all the essentials and more, meaning this bag is as practical as it is charming.

Features: Wine red 'stars and stripes' quilted lambskin leather exterior; rear slip pocket; antiqued silver tone hardware; chain and leather interwoven sliding shoulder strap that can be worn as a single long strap or doubled over shorter strap; horseshoe style CC turnlock; single flap into main compartment; diamond quilting on the flap underside; tonal textile lined interior with 1 x zipped pocket and 1 x slip pocket.

Origin: Made in France.

Measurements: 29 cm (length) x 19 cm (height to body) x 6.5 cm (width) x 25 or 46 cm (shoulder strap drop).

Condition: Great condition. The leather exterior is in great condition with light wear including the odd faint crease and and surface scratch throughout, and very light rubbing to the corners and edges, with slightly heavier rubbing to the top edge of the rear pocket. The shoulder strap is in great condition with light rubbing and darkening to the leather component throughout. The hardware, including the chain component of the strap, has a deliberately antiqued appearance and shows faint surface scratching. The leather underside of the flap is in great condition with light creasing and the odd scratch. The textile lined interior is clean and in excellent condition with very little wear.

Australia: FREE Standard Post, Express Post $19.95. Orders by 12pm AEST weekdays ship same day; after 12pm ship next business day. Fully trackable with signature; no PO boxes or parcel lockers.

International: $100 via Express International Post (FedEx for USA) with signature. Buyers cover any local taxes or charges.

Change-of-mind returns for bags and wallets are accepted within 7 days if unused with tags attached. A $50 restocking fee applies per item, and return shipping/insurance is at the customer’s cost. Watches and jewellery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
